A one-year course that introduces students to CodeHop, a full block-based coding platform. Students build computational thinking and problem-solving skills while creating interactive projects, animations, and games.
36 hours total, with lessons around 45 minutes each. It's teacher-led, using an "I do, we do, you do" approach so students gain independence gradually.

Students learn sequences, loops, conditionals, variables, lists, and functions, applying them in a self-directed culmination project. A dedicated data unit covers searching, evaluating, and presenting data, and digital literacy lessons cover cybersecurity, digital identity, and online etiquette.
