CodeHS is a technology company focused on expanding access to computer science, coding, and AI education. We have several brands including our primary brand CodeHS, supporting 6-12, CodeHop, supporting K-5, and Tynker supporting K-8.

We build software and curriculum that help schools teach programming and computational thinking. Millions of students use CodeHS to learn computer science while building real projects and developing problem-solving skills.

Our mission is to help students gain the technical skills they need to shape the future with technology. CodeHS was founded in 2012 and is now the top platform for computer science in K-12.

Our Team

Our headquarters is in Chicago and a significant part of the company works together in person in our River North office. We also have team members working various other locations so continue to collaborate in a distributed environment.
