CodeHS offers fully customizable K-12 computer science pathways to fit the needs of every district. Pathways are designed to align with state standards and national standards covering various computer science, programming, and CTE related topics.
This pathway is aligned to GA standards and is designed to provide computer science instruction for Georgia students. It is meant to be taught approximately once per week. Each course in this pathway also includes optional interdisciplinary lessons in math, science, ELA, and social studies to support cross-curricular integration.
This is the fully-aligned three-course pathway for the Georgia CTAE Computer Science pathway. At the end of this pathway, students will be prepared for the state-approved CodeHS JavaScript certification serving as their EOPA. Students have the option to substitute the AP Computer Science course as their second course. The final course listed here is an optional CodeHS enrichment course.
