Students learn sequencing, if/else statements, while and for loops, and functions through two Karel Adventures modules and a Tracy the Turtle module. They also explore computing topics (history of computing, hardware/software, cloud computing, IoT, ethics, and the future of computing including AI) and digital citizenship (digital footprint, cyberbullying, internet safety, privacy & security, information literacy, copyright, and hacking ethics).

How long is the course?

This course is approximately 50 instructional hours.
