Given a tic-tac-toe board represented as a 2d array, return the number of the player that won the game, or 0 if nobody won. If a position on the board has a 0, that means it’s unfilled, 1 means it belongs to player one, and 2 means it belongs to player 2.

There will never be a board where both players have 3 in a row.

e.g., For the board [[1, 1, 1], [0, 2, 0], [0, 0, 2]], the function should return 1 for player one winning
