30min

This lesson is part of a sequential story-driven unit. Students will be able to add backgrounds and a page to ScratchJr.

Lesson Preparation

* This is the second lesson in a six-lesson series designed to introduce ScratchJr to students. We recommend teaching these lessons sequentially and utilizing the Ready-to-Go slides, which include embedded videos to enhance the storyline. * If students are working on a device without a touchscreen, complete the Mouse Practice lesson prior to this lesson.
