In this lesson, students will explore the fundamentals of project management, understand the role of a project manager, and apply project management strategies to their web design projects. Through hands-on activities, students will define project objectives, assign team roles, conduct competitor analysis, create site maps and wireframes, and gather client feedback. This lesson will equip students with essential skills in collaboration, organization, and communication—crucial components of professional web development.
